To reserve an appointment at Jhellen House of Beauty, a non-refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking.
If you need to reschedule, your appointment may be moved only if proper notice is given (see cancellation policy below). Failure to reschedule within the allowed time frame will result in deposit forfeiture.

Failure to disclose information may affect your results and can pose risks during treatment.
We want every client to feel heard and cared for. If you have a concern about a service, please contact the location where you received it within 7 calendar days of your appointment. Include your appointment date, the service received, a description of your concern, and photos if they would help explain it.
Our team will review each concern individually. A complimentary adjustment may be offered when we determine that the service did not match the agreed plan and an adjustment is appropriate and safe. A complimentary adjustment is not automatic.
Requests for additional grooming, maintenance, a change in preference, or work beyond the original service may be treated as a new service. If a charge applies, the price will depend on the service and work required. We will explain the price and receive your approval before performing additional work.
Permanent makeup and healing: Permanent makeup results need time to heal before they can be fairly assessed. Contact us promptly if you have a concern, and follow the aftercare and touch-up schedule provided for your service. PMU corrections and touch-ups follow their service-specific timelines and pricing.
Possible complications: Contact us promptly if you experience a possible reaction or complication. Our team cannot diagnose or treat medical conditions. Seek medical care for urgent, severe, or worsening symptoms. Florida’s tattoo guidance specifically advises seeking medical attention for possible infection signs such as excessive soreness, redness, drainage, swelling, or pain.
