Refund Policy
At Jhellen House of Beauty, all services are provided with care, expertise, and professionalism. Because time is reserved exclusively for you and our artists operate by appointment only, we do not offer refunds on services or deposits.
Service Refunds
- There are no refunds on any services once performed.
- If you are dissatisfied with your results, please contact us within 48 hours so we can review your concerns and recommend solutions.
- Corrections or touch-ups may be offered at the discretion of the technician.
Deposits
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment time if proper notice is given (48 hours for PMU, 24 hours for all other services).
Product Refunds
- Unopened, unused retail products may be returned within 7 days for store credit or exchange.
- Used or opened products cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
