Appointments & Booking

  • A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments.
  • All deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if proper notice is provided.
  • Missed appointments or late cancellations are subject to our 50% fee policy.

Service Expectations

All services are performed by licensed and trained professionals. While we strive for exceptional results, outcomes may vary depending on skin type, aftercare, lifestyle, and individual healing.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to any client for reasons including—but not limited to—safety concerns, inappropriate behavior, medical contraindications, or violation of our studio policies.

Payments

  • All services must be paid in full at the time of the appointment.
  • We accept cash, major credit cards, and digital payment options.
  • Membership fees, deposits, and service charges are non-refundable.

Medical & Safety Disclosure

Clients must disclose all medical conditions, allergies, medications, and recent procedures prior to receiving any service. Failure to disclose important health information may affect your results and pose health risks. Jhellen House of Beauty is not liable for complications resulting from withheld information.

All logos, images, branding, website content, course materials, and designs associated with Jhellen House of Beauty and Jhellen Permanent Makeup are the intellectual property of Jhellen Beauty and may not be copied, used, or reproduced without written permission.

By booking or receiving services, you acknowledge that results vary and agree not to hold the studio or its technicians liable for unexpected outcomes outside our control, including healing complications or lifestyle-related fading.
